HealthDAT | San Diego is a collaboration between the Institute for Public Health (IPH) at San Diego State University and the University of California San Diego Altman Clinical and Translational Research Institute (ACTRI). HealthDAT provides neighborhood-specific data about the health and well-being of residents as well as information about evidence-based practices and local academic and community resources available to address health issues. The goal of HealthDAT San Diego is to encourage collaboration between academic and community partners to address population health and health disparities in San Diego County.

Funding comes in part from the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, a component of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Grant UL1TR001442 CTSA.
